How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping is free for customers in the United States and Canada.
For delivery to another country, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and shipping costs.
Can You Create a Sign from My Logo or Idea?
Yes. Through our One-on-One Design Process, we can create an original LED sign based on your logo, sketch, wording, reference image, or general concept.
We review the idea with you and prepare the design for approval before production begins.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Every sign is made to order. Typical handling time before shipment is approximately 3–5 business days.
Average delivery time after shipment is approximately 10–16 days. Delivery may take up to four weeks during peak seasons or because of customs and carrier delays.
Can I Return My Order?
Standard, non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and remain in their original packaging.
Please contact us before sending a return. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Personalized and custom-made signs cannot normally be returned because they are produced specifically for the customer.
If your sign arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a manufacturing problem, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
