Our collections begin with a specific room, interest, profession, hobby, or business environment in mind. We create signs for spaces such as podcast studios, recording rooms, amateur radio stations, man caves, home bars, gaming rooms, cafes, restaurants, salons, and retail shops.

You can order a product exactly as designed, personalize selected products, or work with us to create a completely original sign.

Selected products include personalization options such as a name, callsign, business name, slogan, or custom text.

The available personalization options are shown on each product page. Products without personalization fields are supplied as originally designed.

Yes. Our One-on-One Design Process is intended for customers who need something beyond the existing collection.

You can send us a logo, sketch, reference image, wording, or general concept. We will review your request, develop the design, and send it for approval before production begins.

Personalization means changing an approved part of an existing design, such as adding a name, callsign, business name, or custom wording.

Custom design means creating a new LED sign around your own logo, concept, text, visual direction, or business identity.

Yes. Our LED signs are suitable for bars, pubs, cafes, restaurants, salons, beauty studios, barber shops, retail stores, offices, creator studios, and other customer-facing or branded spaces.

Businesses can choose an existing design, personalize selected products, or request a custom LED sign based on a logo, business name, slogan, or interior concept.

Our collections include LED signs for personal spaces, creator spaces, and businesses.

Examples include man caves, home bars, gaming rooms, home offices, podcast studios, recording studios, amateur radio stations, bars, cafes, restaurants, salons, beauty studios, and retail shops.

Our signs are made from transparent, glass-like acrylic with integrated energy-efficient LED lighting.

The design is CNC engraved into the acrylic panel so the illuminated artwork becomes visible when the sign is switched on.

Mounting options vary by product and configuration.

Signs may include built-in hanging slots and a metal chain for wall or ceiling display. Depending on the selected product options, a sign may also be displayed on a desk, shelf, wall, or window.

Ceiling hooks and any hardware required for the specific wall surface are not included.

The standard power cord is approximately 4 feet 11 inches, or 150 centimeters, long.

Please contact us before ordering if your installation requires a specific cable arrangement.

We offer single-color and RGB lighting configurations on applicable products.

A single-color sign displays the selected fixed light color. The RGB version includes multiple color options and a remote control for changing the lighting.

Yes. Our signs are produced after an order is placed and the selected product options are confirmed.

Personalized and custom signs move into production after the design details are approved.

Yes. Shipping is free for orders delivered to the United States and Canada.

For delivery to another country, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and shipping costs.

Every sign is made to order.

Typical handling time before shipment is approximately 3–5 business days.

Personalized or custom orders may require additional time if design details or customer approval are still pending.

Average delivery time after shipment is approximately 10–16 days.

Delivery may take up to four weeks during peak seasons or because of customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, or local delivery conditions.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Customers with an account may also be able to review order and tracking information through their account page.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

For delivery to another country, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and shipping costs.

We do not currently ship to the European Union due to logistical limitations.

Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may be charged by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included unless explicitly stated during checkout.

Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to change the product options, wording, shipping address, or other order details.

We will try to help, but changes may not be possible after production or shipment has started.

Standard, non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and remain in their original packaging.

You must contact us before returning a product. Return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return are the buyer’s responsibility.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the eligible refund will be processed.

Personalized and custom-made signs cannot be returned because they are produced specifically for the customer.

This restriction applies only to change-of-mind returns. If the sign arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing problem, contact us so we can review the issue.

Our team will review the case and work with you on an appropriate solution.

Every Light Signs Cave sign is covered by a one-year warranty for factory defects and for the LED lighting system.

For a problem covered by the warranty, we will cover the replacement and shipping costs.

The warranty does not cover breakage, scratches, or damage caused by improper use.

Contact our support team with your order information and clear photos or video of the problem so we can review the case.

For a standard change-of-mind return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For a factory defect or problem with the LED lighting system covered by our one-year warranty, we cover the replacement and shipping costs.

If your sign arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can review the problem and determine the appropriate solution.

After an eligible returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within three business days through the original payment method.

The additional time required for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
